Having the right technique, balance, and footwork can be key to better movement for a basketball player.  Trainees will improve their basketball skills such as working on moving with and without the basketball, correct shooting technique, ball handling and passing to name a few.  We also provide fitness training to help with lateral movements to help become a better "ball defender".
