Basketball coaching, Training and travel teams

Having the right technique, balance and footwork can be key to better movement for a basketball player.  Trainees will work on improving their basketball skills such as working on moving with and without the basketball, correct shooting techniques, ball handling and passing...just to name a few.  
We also provide fitness training to help with lateral movements to help become a better "ball defender".
